In 2024, there is a limit of 700 participants for the Winter Games, which will be allocated among higher education institutions based on their size. However, considerations will also be made for smaller schools to ensure an adequate number of participation slots, allowing them to form various teams. To ensure that colleges can secure spots for their athletes and to avoid a situation like last year when almost all Winter Games tickets were sold out within a few days, representatives of these institutions have the option to reserve up to 50% of their allocated tickets. These reserved tickets will not be released for general sale, and decisions regarding them will rest with the institution's representatives. If the tickets available for general sale run out, individuals interested in participating should communicate with their college representatives.

Make sure you buy a ticket from your college/university. If you have bought a ticket from another college/university, you will not be able to participate with that ticket and the money will not be refunded. Representatives from your school can help with registration or ask the YLISPORT team!

If you have purchased a ticket but are unable to participate, the ticket will not be refunded. However, you have the option to resell the ticket only to a participant from your own higher education institution. To do so, forward the email sent from Fienta to the new participant, who must use the link provided in the email to update OSALEJA ANDMED details.
